This Quoizel Tiffany Inglenook 2 light floor lamp captures the true Tiffany spirit of an Arts and Crafts style light. It features a pyramid shade with a stepped border for added visual interest. The classic geometric design includes 'Art Glass' in shades of amber, cream and tan, accented with glass pieces in sapphire blue and rich green. The linear geometric details on the base makes it a perfect complement to the shade. This floor lamp is finished in Valiant Bronze and has a total of 248 intricate pieces of glass, all copper foiled together. The shade takes an average of 80 hours to create by skilled artisans. It is also worth bearing in mind that 'Art Glass' can be more expensive than crystal glass. Nothing adds colour to a room quite like Tiffany lighting and this lamp is sure to become the centrepiece of your home decor.
This 2 light floor lamp stands at a height of 1575mm and a width of 432mm. It takes two bulbs which are operated independently by two decorative pull cord chains, located on either side of the lamp holder.
Louis Comfort Tiffany
The use of stained glass has been around and admired for more than 1000 years, where it was most commonly used on cathedrals and churches. However, one of the most famous designers in this field was Louis Comfort Tiffany who also developed lighting products featuring stained and art glass at his famous New York studios, founded in 1879. Tiffany original objects are still highly regarded and collected all over the world.
