This is the Norfolk 1 light outdoor pillar lantern. This leaded lantern is ideal for all external residential applications. Offering unique styling and exceptional value, each lantern panel features five separate pieces of glass, hand-leaded together. The base supports a straight sided lantern which is elegantly finished off with a tapered top and finial. The frame work is in a Black finish and made from die-cast aluminium. This is backed by a 5 year anti-corrosion guarantee.
This pillar lantern has a height of 1090mm and width of 184mm.
All exterior fittings have an IP (Ingress Protection) rating which is a declaration of how much protection any product has against the ingress of both water and dust/particles. The minimum rating for an outdoor luminaire exposed to rain should be IP23.
This outdoor light is IP43 rated.
This comes with a 5 year Anti-Corrosion Guarantee. The guarantee relates to the corrosion of paintwork on cast aluminium lights, such as this one. This excludes locations within 5 miles of the coastline.
Installation Care and Maintenance
When installing all outdoor lights it is recommended to lightly grease all threaded parts and screws/nuts to ensure that fittings can easily be disassembled for cleaning or lamp replacement. Includes full installation instructions (please retain these together with the receipt for future reference).

We advise you book a qualified electrician to fit the lights once the goods have been received and not prior to this. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.
If you are undecided on a product and wish to see it first, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will check stock availability and we will put a note on your order that it might be returned.
If you decide to cancel and return any goods, then you should put this in writing, either by letter (proof of posting or recorded delivery is advisable) or you can email email@example.com. A telephone call is not sufficient. You must notify us in writing first before returning any goods.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
If you decide to cancel and return the goods within these time limits, and the goods are returned as new, your payment will be refunded within 14 days. The cost of postage back to our manufacturer or Oberoi Brothers is your cost and will not be paid by Oberoi Brothers.
We accept unused and unfitted boxed returns for exchange or refund within 14 days. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection, either to our manufacturer or Oberoi Brothers. We will inform you at the time. If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange. Goods must be adequately sealed in all the original packaging, including the outer. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. All information regarding your purchase was sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order. If using any address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).
